I
remember one story of a bully, in our area, who took loans from many
people and did not pay back but in stead used his bulling power to
suppress their demand in an indirect manner for repayment of all the
credits made to him. Finally getting a clearance from them that he
owes nothing to them, he was a free man without paying the debts. In
this article I want to talk of that ‘indirect manner’ in which he
got pardon from all his loans.
This story I am recollecting today because I see similar situation
being developed in the world today.
Interesting
enough the bully never refused the payments but his method was
unique, he would start trouble with the creditor on issues other than
the issue of his loan, he would point to some anomaly in the style of
work of them and begin pestering them. The method of harassment was
such that the creditors are exhausted. When they noticed that the
bully opens up troubles only whenever they demand repayment that they
realized the ulterior motive of the bully in opening up of troubles
on other issues. The troubles were terribly annoying and at times
fatal. On realizing that one of them wrote off his loan and to his
surprise the bully stopped talking of the issues on which he would
otherwise start the troubles in the past with great seriousness. The
issues which were of prime importance to him became most unimportant
on writing off his loans. In this way the bankrupt bully was cleared
of his debts by other creditors also; seeing the way he does. This
method of the bully was quite successful as he was cleared of all
loans and that too without paying anything. He was declared a free
man!
When
that bully was asked about the moral status of what he was doing he
always laughed it away saying, “It is cheaper to be a bully than an
honest payer”.
You
must be wondering why I am writing about that bully? Yes, the reason
is, I see a Bankrupt Bully on the international arena today. I am
talking of U.S.A., the international Bully presently posing as if
they are police to protect safety of other less powerful nations.
Washington posed as a police to protect Afghanistan from USSR and now
fighting Arab extremists in Pakistan and that region. They are using
unmanned weaponry to attack places in Pakistan without permission of
that country and they do not bother what the world has to say about
this type of disregard for international norms. This
behavior has reduced Washington to a bully from what was claimed to
have been a respectable police.
We
see the management of Washington has been shifted to the new type of
consultants to advise them on financial matters, which have by now
gone out of control, whooping 14.7 trillion Dollars of debts to
crediting countries like China, Canada, Germany and more. This
situation is exactly like that of the bully I mentioned earlier in
this article. Washington has realized that it is impossible to pay
that type of debt, however any amount of great efforts they may put
up, and that means U.S. has to be declared as a bankrupt nation to
follow Greece and other European countries. As long as and so long as
these creditors do not pester Washington for the repayment everything
is fine but if and only if they begin to do that Washington has been
advised by these new mafia consultants from the Wall Street that U.S.
shall open up issues like freedom of Tibet from China and send their
unmanned drone planes to bomb Chinese military establishments in
Tibet from its bases in Pakistan and Afghanistan. Apparently it shall
look as if Washington is posing as a police to protect interests of
people of Tibet but in the cover the intentions are to harass China
so that they may yield to the demands of the Tibetans and give them
freedom. U.S. knows well that China would not want to yield to such
pressures but then if it tries to reply by fight, the war will be on
their ground and that shall ultimately destroy China. The dilemma is
such that Chine understanding the ulterior motive of the conflict may
accept that U.S. is free of the loans. Supposing China accepts to
give freedom to Tibet and continue for the repayment demand there are
other issued to be taken up, as there are many groups wanting to have
total democracy in that country. Washington will take up that matter
and attack China until total democracy is set in that place; of
course, the new China or any other development such as broken China
in many small countries, will forgive the debt to Washington. If
this happens, many countries in that region are going to benefit and
so they may support U.S. in reducing Peking's power.
Washington
has been posing as a promoter of democracy in the world. After China,
Canada comes on the table and U.S. has been advised by the mafia
consultants to simply annex that country into Greater
United State.
What a way to solve debt problem, true to mafia style indeed. World
history has witnessed such strategy by earlier super powers also.
We
have seen how America has continued in Afghanistan and Pakistan in
the name of democratic freedom. That clearly shows the style in which
that bankrupt but militarily powerful country works. The
mafia consultants from Wall Street are advising to Washington that it
is cheaper to develop sophisticated weaponry and fight than trying to
repay that impossible debt.
While pretending to be a police for the protection of people from
Tibet Washington shall continue to dialogue with Chinese government
on issues of repayment of the debt with all apparent sincerity.
Occasionally some small repayments will also be made to prove the
perfect alibi. Because of this dual strategy, in the international
community, U.S. shall continue to pose like an honest gentleman.
If
China accepts to pardon the debt to U.S. under indirect compulsion;
China will be bankrupt instead of U.S. that means actually by giving
credit to America China has dug up its own grave. Anyway, there are
going to be some beneficiaries of this and one amongst them is Tibet.
India may have relief as border with Tibet is definitely much better
than that with China. Presently negotiations are going on between
Dalai Lama and Washington to plan the freedom movement for Tibet.
America’s problem with Tibet is that they do not have military gust
like Afghan. Overdose of Buddhism has reduced the Man in them and now
they are more like yaks, a beast of burden. It is going to be very
interesting to see what the international Bully does to handle this
problem.
