Only an honest inquiry by authentic investigating agency such as CID or CBI or such can show how business of selling this personal data to foreign research labs interests many third world countries such as ours, in promoting this half baked technique. Since the method depends on comparison with many data stored in the database, such agencies often need more such data from other places. This is the reason why many foreign labs who do this test need buy data from other countries. USA needs Indian data to compare foreign entrants in USA. This had developed big business in selling personal data to foreign countries. We already know how personal information from Face Book and Google is sold. Similarly, this data is also sold. Nandan Nilakeni who introduced this method in India, is believed to have earned much money by selling Indian data to such USA labs. Therefore, this business angle must be ascertained before giving this half-baked method permission in our country. The claim that this data is preserved and not available to other countries cannot be proved under this information. India has to share it with other countries such as USA because our nationals are visiting that country. Other countries such as Arabic sheikhdom need our data to ascertain existence of Indians in that country. All this clearly show that this data of personal importance is shared with many countries. Under this situation, how government assures the people that this data is preserved and not given out? To put it straight, Sir, I may say with confidence our government is fooling us by giving that false promise. Therefore, Sir, I do not want your august office to be a part in this crime.
